Ordering and Payment

• All prices are displayed in Euros (€) with local currency conversion available. Payments must be made in full at checkout, and we accept major credit cards.

• Orders are final upon completion of payment. I do not cancel orders as each product is made to order.

Shipping and Delivery

• Each lamp is handcrafted, requiring 25-30 days from purchase to delivery. I offer worldwide express delivery and provide a tracking number once shipped. The courier will contact you on the delivery day via SMS or call to confirm receipt.

Warranty and Repairs

I offer a one-year limited warranty covering electrical issues only. This warranty does not cover accidental or intentional damage. If an issue covered by warranty arises, the customer must ship the product to me for repair, and I will return it at no additional cost.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of my products, I do not accept returns or offer refunds. I package all items securely and I work with trusted couriers to ensure safe delivery.
